JMT AI Solutions

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026   |   Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains how JMT AI Solutions handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, use our services, or interact with our connected tools.

It covers our cinematic and creative services, AI-assisted content work, implementation builds, consulting and systems work, VaultMode products and services, and connected-platform features such as VM Studio Intelligence igm and Instagram messaging automation. It is not limited to a single campaign or application.

Information handled solely by a client's own business after we deliver an implementation may also be subject to that client's privacy policy. Project agreements or additional service notices may provide further details about particular services.

1. Who we are

JMT AI Solutions operates the website at jmtaisolutions.com and offers cinematic services, implementation builds, and related AI and business systems services, including VaultMode.

For questions about this policy, privacy requests, or data deletion, contact hello@jmtaisolutions.com.

2. Information we handle

The information involved depends on how you interact with us and which services you use.

We may obtain information directly from you, from an authorized client or account administrator, from connected platforms, or from public professional and social-media sources when relevant to a requested service.

3. How we use information

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, performing an agreement or responding to a request before an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, or legal obligations. The appropriate basis depends on the information and purpose involved.

4. Facebook and Instagram features

Some JMT AI Solutions and VaultMode features use Meta's Facebook or Instagram APIs. Account administrators may authorize an integration to access specific accounts, Pages, content, insights, or messaging features. We use that access for the enabled service and its operation.

For example, when you comment a campaign keyword or respond to an automated message, we may process the comment, your platform identifier and username, the associated post, your relevant response, and delivery records to send the resource you requested. If a campaign requires following an account, we may check the follow status that Meta makes available before sending the resource.

When an account administrator connects an account, authorization credentials are handled on service infrastructure rather than published in public webpage content. A guide request does not by itself subscribe you to an email newsletter.

Account administrators can revoke an integration through the applicable Meta account settings. Revoking platform access does not necessarily remove records already stored by us. To request their deletion, follow our data-deletion instructions.

Meta handles information under its own policies, including the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Client work, implementations, and AI tools

Our cinematic services and implementation builds may involve processing project materials with AI tools or other software. Depending on the work requested, this can include images, video, scripts, prompts, business documents, or structured data.

When these tools are used, relevant materials may be transmitted to the provider needed to perform that work. The provider's terms, settings, and privacy policy may affect storage, retention, and use of submitted content. We do not make a blanket promise that every AI provider has the same retention or model-training practices.

Discuss confidentiality requirements and the information involved with us before submitting sensitive project materials. Where an implementation is built for a client's business, the project agreement can specify responsibilities, approved providers, access arrangements, and any data-processing requirements.

The keyword-to-guide Instagram messaging workflow does not itself require sending the viewer's message content to an AI model.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or share it with third-party advertisers for their own advertising purposes.

We may share information with:

External services have their own privacy practices. Examples include Google's Privacy Policy, Calendly's Privacy Notice, and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. These references do not mean every service is used for every project.

7. Cookies and website logs

Our website and connected services may use technical storage or cookies where needed for security, sessions, preferences, or embedded features. Third-party services reached from our website may set their own cookies or collect technical information under their own policies.

Hosting systems may record website requests and security events. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although restricting necessary storage can affect some features. If optional analytics or other optional tracking is added, any required notices and choices should be provided with that implementation.

8. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the service or project, operational needs, and applicable obligations. There is no single automatic retention period across all JMT AI Solutions services. Project materials, automation records, and related logs may remain until they are removed through the applicable service process or a verified deletion request.

We may need to retain limited information for agreements, accounting, legal obligations, security, or resolving disputes. Information in backups or third-party systems may be subject to their own removal schedules and policies.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including access restrictions and service-side handling of connected-account credentials. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every system or transmission is completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with us, you may request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or restrictions on particular processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it, revoke connected-platform access, or opt out of marketing communications.

Email hello@jmtaisolutions.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant account or project. We may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive documents.

We will assess the request under applicable obligations and explain any information that cannot be removed or any additional information needed to locate your records. Instructions for deletion are also available on our data-deletion page.

10. Processing locations

Our business, clients, hosting services, and software providers may operate in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a particular transfer or processing arrangement, those requirements should be addressed in the relevant service arrangement.

11. Children's information

Our business services are intended for adult clients and business users, not to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@jmtaisolutions.com so we can investigate and address it.

Projects involving minors, educational settings, or another person's personal information may require additional arrangements and authorization before materials are provided or processed.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The current version will be available on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the relevant service where appropriate or required.
