How to make a request

1. Email hello@jmtaisolutions.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Tell us which service, project, or interaction the request concerns. For Facebook or Instagram features, include the relevant account username and, if available, the post or interaction link.
3. Include the email address or account identifier associated with your interaction so we can locate the records. Provide only information needed to identify the request.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request belongs to you or that you are authorized to act for the account or project. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive documents.

What happens next

We will assess the request, identify relevant information under our control, and process it in accordance with applicable obligations. Information that may be relevant includes contact and project records, uploaded materials, account identifiers, relevant messaging or automation records, and associated service logs.

If we must retain particular information for accounting, agreements, security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, we will explain the relevant limitation. Backups and service providers may have their own removal schedules. You can use the same email address to ask about the status of your request.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

If you authorized VM Studio Intelligence igm or another JMT AI Solutions integration, you can also revoke its access through the applicable Meta account settings, such as Facebook's Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings.

Revoking access prevents further authorized access under that connection, but does not necessarily delete records already stored by us. Email us to request deletion of those records.

Removing our records does not itself remove comments, messages, or account data held independently by Meta, Google, or another platform. Use that platform's own deletion controls for information it holds.

Client-owned implementations

If an implementation has been delivered to and is operated by a client's business, that client may control the relevant records. Identify the project or service in your request so we can clarify which records are under our control and where a request should be directed.
